At Patch Collection, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
